"I was Amazed at How Rapidly My Body Changed!"

David really went full throttle on his workouts and the results are staggering:

What were you looking for before choosing Ultimate Performance?

Admittedly I was no stranger to the gym, or even diets for that matter. I was just so fed up of constantly ‘starting up again’ or ‘reworking my routine’. I wanted someone to take the guess work out of what I was doing and finally design a gym and diet program where I could have just that. Having faith in my routine and having someone was also enthusiastic about my performance got me on track and kept me there.

What do you feel that you have achieved?

Training with the UP team got me into the best form I’ve been in my life. I started training with a body fat percentage of approximately 17% and dropped it to below 10% in an incredibly short space of time. My overall weight loss was minimal, and thus I had achieved a substantial increase in muscle mass at the same time. It is extremely motivating to see your body changing on a weekly basis.

What have you learned?

I was shocked at how quickly my body started to change! You tend to always think that it takes a long time to make a serious improvement to your physical appearance but, from my experience, it took about three weeks before I was shaking my head in shock. Positive shock of course!

I always knew diet was important for success, but I never knew how to string the pieces together. The UP team taught me a huge amount about my diet (or lack thereof) and that when you start to focus on the little things all the big things start to happen. My diet routine I hold now with much higher regard than the specifics of my exercise routine.

What’s next for you?

I plan to continue going strong with UP and to keep being educated by them and continue my training. I love turning up each week for my sessions!

Would you recommend Ultimate Performance to others?

Most people I speak to ‘used to be in shape’, or are ‘planning to get in shape’ but I meet very few people who actually are in shape. Stop talking about it, stop guessing and experimenting, forget the personal trainers at the local gyms, work with people who will get you where you want to be. I highly recommend Ultimate Performance to anyone who is really serious about getting in shape.
