Sat Malhotra came to us a young man, naive to physical conditioning but he had a lot of spirit and was determined to make a change to his body. We were all too happy to offer him our services and in next to no time at all he discovered the body of his dreams.

Sat was keen to tell us of his experience:

“I had been lifting weights for many years in an attempt to forge a Men’s Health type physique but never managed any real success despite working with local personal trainers and being so, so dedicated to my goals.  I blamed useless genetics, but now I understand that there is no need to impose such limitations.

It wasn’t until I was fortunate enough to meet Nick Mitchell that my physique started changing and the knowledge he has bestowed upon me has been complete life changing.  My body changed so quickly and although it was by no means easy (Nick is extremely demanding) the rewards are obvious and for all to see! I have gone from being the skinny nobody to the one people have time for at parties and my confidence has skyrocketed.  I would say the best thing about working with Nick is that he has taught me a lot about the psychology of excellence and the benefits that come with preparation, hard work, and intelligent analysis.
