How did you hear about us?
UP was recommended to me by a friend as the best gym in the country for personal training. He wasn’t wrong!
What do you feel that you have achieved?
I feel I have achieved my goals of fat loss and the continue to achieve ongoing development of lean muscle. My training is still ongoing but have seen improvements continually on a weekly basis.
What have you learned?
I have learnt a huge amount about training techniques, diet and nutrition from my trainer. I have been shown a broad range of techniques to keep up with my varying goals from fat loss to improving lean muscle, strength training and everything in between. This runs parallel to in depth information regarding diet and nutrition to help me achieve the best possible results from my workouts. Combining all these elements, I’ve been told, is vital to accomplishing what I set out to do.
What’s next for you?
I am continuing my training with Ultimate Performance! My targets change as I see results everyday, and I feel my trainer has brought me a long way towards what I’ve already achieved. I have recommended Ultimate Performance to friends and family as the best gym in providing all the elements to successful personal training!
