His passion continues to be the driving force within the company. We are totally relentless in our drive to improve what we do. We are constantly testing and experimenting, adding to the Ultimate Performance philosophy, trying new training regimes, and sharing what we learn with the other PTs in our company. We work as a team to figure out what the implications of different scientific studies are, and we have built links with the academic community to share their insight and see how it can apply to what we do.
This obsession with health and fitness carries over into how we work with clients. We are on call 24/7 for those we are supporting. If you’re going for dinner and you’re not sure what to have – your PT is on hand to advise you. If you find your hotel doesn’t have a gym, we’ll give you a bodyweight workout to do in your room. We give you training strategies and nutrition plans that work with your life, so you get the results you want. We are well used to dealing with people at the top of their careers, so we know how to manage stress, lack of sleep, and trouble planning ahead.
We are totally motivated by seeing you achieve your results. Many of our PTs used to train people for free in their spare time, and decided they loved it so much they wanted to make a career of it. Watching clients succeed is the most satisfying part of our job. We believe you need the right tools and advice, and we will do everything in our power to help you.
That means we always start with your goal. We listen to what you want to achieve, and the timeframe you want to achieve it in. We then develop a plan to get you there. We’ll look at every aspect of your life. Clients are often surprised at the extent of information we talk about, but everything affects your body composition. And if things are stressing you out at work and at home, we’ll do everything in our power to help you deal with that.
