Approaching 50, Ronnie was determined to achieve personal goals and therefore took on a transformation challenge at UP.
Ronnie’s poor diet was having a significant impact on his health, he says “I felt bloated, tired and lethargic at various points of my day and this was after dragging myself out of bed”
Despite having never lifted weights before, he is now fitter, stronger and leaner than ever before and has revolutionised his nutrition.

Here he explains how he was able to make such an impressive transformation and stay motivated whilst approaching his 50th birthday…
What was the obstacle that would have prevented you from starting the process?
“Months ago, as I celebrated my last birthday at an age nearing half a century, I find myself more concerned about my health than ever. I can’t climb up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath. I can’t do a few chin-up or push-up without getting ache or injury.”
“I can’t even enjoy my weekends because the lack of energy kept me from enjoying me-time or going on family activities.”

Such a transformation at my age has inspired many who were much younger than me to pursue a healthier lifestyle.

“At work, I am able to focus much more which resulted in increased productivity. With the renewed level of energy, I was able to “run” along the fast and intense pace at work (which is typical of a Tech Startup environment which I am working in) and perform better at my job.”
